If a booking is cancelled more than 60 days ahead of arrival, then a full refund of monies paid is provided.
For bookings cancelled between 30 and 59 days then a 50% refund is made.
When a booking is cancelled within 29 days, then no refund is made, but depending upon the reasons for cancellation, (and at our discretion) then the number of days booked will be credited towards a future stay within the same year.
Additionally, in case of delays due to travel difficulties, the number of nights booked will be charged regardless.
To avoid any loss due to cancellation, we always recommend travel insurance to cover this eventuality
