Rates:

Bed and Breakfast Rates for  2009

are $99 per room per night

with a weekly rate of $680 (seven nights)

including continental breakfast for two.

  Minimum charge  is equivalent to  3 nights accommodation and a minimum amount of $300 will be required as a deposit when confirming a reservation.

Discounts apply for stays over 15 consecutive days.

CORAL GARDENS

The 2009 rate for the studio/efficiency is from   $112 per night  and  from $123 per night for the family apartment.

Weekly rates are from $770 for the studio and from $850 for the   apartment. Minimum charge of 5 nights for either apartment.

The rates are based on two people sharing.  Extra charges apply for additional guests.

Note that the prices quoted are what you are charged, 

except for the addition of the 6% Government Guest Tax.
